Dear Bride & Groom
This Is...
How We Work woth You

It's Not Really About The Cake-Why Your Vows Are Important

From simple  ceremonies, to large formal weddings- the vows you'll say to each other are  the most important element of your wedding day. The promises you  make to each other this day are truly the foundation of your marriage.

Your Officiant Will Support You

We are here to offer our support to you.  Your minister  will guide you through the entire ceremony creation process.   They'll listen to your vision, complete your ceremony, send it to you for approval,  attend  rehearsal and perform it on wedding day.

More Comfortable  With  The Team Approach ?

In the event that you have a large wedding party  or an unusual venue; may we suggest our Ceremony Director service?  The director will  make  any  last minute changes  or decisions regarding your ceremony  on your behalf. Your  honored guests will be seated according to your wishes,  musical cues discussed with  your  musician or DJ ,  your  processional  organized and  is the liaison between all of the human elements in your ceremony.   Director may assist if needed in last minute decorating, have the ceremony area prepped and ready to go, and  review assignments and instructions  with the  ushers regarding seating protocol. Then when the time arrives,  gather  the groom, groomsmen, bridesmaids, ring bearer and flower girls  and pre- stage them, ready for the processional. And if nothing else,  can be the one to remind  the bride to relax and  just "breathe".

What To Do First

Initially, you can call us and ask us questions over the phone. E-mail is also an option.  If you are interested in meeting   in person; your minister/officiant will be happy to meet with you  at a location convenient to both of us. This meeting is complementary and with no obligation on your part.

What's Next

At the meeting, we listen to your concerns and discuss what you have in mind for your ceremony. Rehearsal dates if applicable, special requests and any other considerations are usually addressed at this meeting. You can then reserve your wedding day  by completing the contract and placing your deposit with us.

It's Just For You

With your direction we can personalize a ceremony just for you.  This beautiful version will be read at your  wedding ceremony.  We  will present  the   printed ceremony to you after the wedding as a keepsake.

Is That "It"?

No, here are  more tid-bits to answer  a few more questions  that you might be thinking of....

In many instances the bride and groom elect not to meet with us in person, or for out-of-towners, can't meet before the wedding. In this case and as with all of our brides and grooms we are always accessible to them via the phone or e-mail. Also, we do not require counseling before the wedding but we can refer you to a qualified counselor if desired.
