Our Officiants

was raised in multi-cultural Hawaii and appreciates human diversity and the diversity of many belief systems. Now living in Oregon she resides "on the Mountain." An ordained inter-faith minister and a professional writer ; she is the Vice President of the International Food Wine and Travel Writer's Association. Michelle believes each of us has our own relationship with God and will combine those beliefs in a ceremony if requested. She will use her combined talents to create, write and perform the ceremony of your dreams.

Michelle specializes in ceremonies for fellow ex-pat Hawaiians! Please ask about her "Hawaiian Heart" ceremonies. She also adores her horse Drifter-Bob and loves to perform traditional Cowboy or Western Barn weddings! Dates still available for 2010. Licensed in all 50 states.

is ordained by the All- Faiths Church of the Pacific Northwest. He spent his early years in the New York City area and attended Friends Academy, a Quaker Prep School. No longer a "city boy" , Kurt enjoys living a simple life on the mountain paddling his canoe or helping out with the neighbor's cattle. Whether you desire a traditional church ceremony or a "Mountain Wedding" for outdoor enthusiasts, snowboarders and skiers; Kurt will be happy to accommodate. is a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Sharon has had many life experiences that have allowed her to grow and learn just how wonderful and fragile life is.

This, along with working many years in the customer relations field has given her a basis for providing excellent service to others.

She loves nature and is at her best when she is with her family and friends enjoying nature at it's best! She resides in spectacular Zig Zag, Oregon with her husband, mother-in-law, three dogs and one cat .

was born in Southern California where she was first introduced to hiking and backpacking at a very young age. She now resides with her husband in their 1928 rustic cabin in Rhododendron, Oregon, just bordering the Mt Hood National Forest. She has two sons and five grandchildren. An avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast.; her love of nature and the outdoors has always provided her a perfect setting for worship. Noryne invites you to consider the beautiful outdoors for your wedding venue.

Noryne also owns " adventure weddings" independent of Historical Church Wedding Officiants, Noryne says" if you can't drive to it" your wedding qualifies for her personal " wedding adventure officiant" service- the first of it's kind on the mountain! was born and raised in a small town in Oregon; she met and fell in love with a boy from Alaska. They have four children and live in the Columbia Gorge area. Melissa owned and operated "Fairytales Can Come True" catering for many years and has catered at many wedding venues in Oregon.

She loves the outdoors especially the Oregon coast, loves to spend time with her husband and children, but also tries to spend as much time as she can with her beloved horse Sparky. Melissa would love to part of your special day , from the most formal of ceremonies to country and western.

Melissa's expertise and delight in performing weddings began from the very first one she did eight years ago . Her skills honed catering weddings and now performing them bring her a special knack with people and a fresh perspective. She especially understands the flow of your day.
