The bus network is completely paralyzed this Thursday, June 23.

No need to wait for any bus whatsoever in Perpignan and its agglomeration, this Thursday, June 23. The announced strike was particularly well followed: 152 employees at Sankéo, which provides connections within the city and 123 at VTI for interurban connections are on strike, ie more than 80% of the workforce.

In communication, as in the unions, we agree on one thing: “The controllers and supervisors are on strike, we cannot ensure safety on board”. Consequently, no bus will run today, with the exception of a few school lines, the list of which can be found on Sankeo’s website.

For the time being, we do not know if the strike movement will continue this Friday, June 24. Employees must meet management during the day. As a reminder, this strike is linked to the demands of the unions for the takeover of employees by Keolis, the new public service delegate chosen by the agglomeration to replace Vectalia.
